When do I pay?
At checkout, by bank transfer or card. Paying doesn't mean you're approved: we check your answers before anything is sent.
What if it's not right for me?
If it isn't safe for you, we refund you in full.
Is it a subscription?
No. We email you a week before your last dose with a one-tap reorder link.
Can I start on a higher dose?
Everyone starts at 2.5 mg, unless you're already on tirzepatide and can show it. Higher doses unlock as you go.
Any hidden costs?
No. Delivery is not included. It depends on where you are in Abuja and is shown at checkout.
